8′ x 8′ Raw Birch Sprung Floor with Ballet Vinyl is the ultimate in versatility for a home studio space. If you move or decide to expand your practice space later on, the floor can be made larger. This Raw Birch Sprung Floor is unfinished and is designed to be covered with the included black Ballet Floor Vinyl, which is excellent for ballet and all forms of dance, including Irish dance.

Description

This 8′ x 8′ Raw Birch Sprung Subfloor with black Ballet Vinyl Surface is our best sprung ballet floor, that can be used for all styles of dance. Sprung with 3/4″ EVA closed-cell foam for superior resilience and reduced risk of injury. This floor is made of predominately 4′ x 4′ panels. Comes with clamp and cable sets to hold the floor together, and an installation kit with all necessary tools for assembly.

This sprung subfloor comes unfinished and is designed to be used with the included roll-out vinyl dance surface. Ballet Floor is excellent for ballet and can be used for all other styles. On this surface pointe doesn’t require rosin; percussive styles will be muffled. Five panels make up the spacious 8 ft. square.

Sprung Floor Maintenance

DAILY CLEANING: Keep the floor surface dry. Wipe the floor regularly with a water-dampened towel to keep clean., DEEP CLEANING: Use a clean towel dampened with a 1:4 solution of Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner to water. CAUTION: Do not allow cleaning solution or water to seep between the seams of the floor.
